General Questions

How long will my balloons last?

A balloon’s lifespan depends on its material. Helium-filled latex and foil (mylar) balloons can vary in how long they float and will usually last a couple of days.

How far do you service for delivery?

We provide delivery within a 15-mile radius of our store. If you're outside that area, we may be able to accommodate your request.

When will my order be ready for delivery or pickup?

Delivery orders will arrive within the time frame you book. Pickup orders will be ready at the start of your scheduled time slot.

Can I book deliveries outside of store orders?

For larger orders, we can accommodate; however, for most orders we will stick to store hours.

Will balloons always be inflated when I purchase them?

Pickup and delivery orders through our website will always come inflated and ready to go.

Do you guys offer uninflated balloons?

Uninflated balloons will only be available through our store, not our website.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

What is the cutoff for rescheduling or cancelling my order?

To give our team enough time to prepare, both rescheduling and cancellation requests must be made by the end of the prior business day before your scheduled order.

To make changes, please contact us directly so we can update your order.

What if I missed the cutoff?

Requests made after the end of the prior business day are subject to staff approval and availability.

We recommend calling us as soon as possible, late changes cannot be guaranteed.

How do I get refunds for cancellations?

Once a cancellation is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns

Could I return balloons that are already inflated?

Due to the nature of inflated balloons, once balloons are inflated with air or helium, they are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.

What do I do about these defective balloons?

If you receive a defective or damaged balloon, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

What is the return policy for non-defective balloons?

For any unused, unopened items (such as uninflated balloons or accessories), returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
